About
Connie J. Flores is a founding partner and personal injury attorney who represents individuals and families during serious legal challenges. Her practice includes wrongful death, 18-wheeler crashes, workplace injuries, premises liability, dram shop claims, and motor vehicle collisions. She handles matters across New Mexico, Texas, and Arizona, advocating for clients who face unfair treatment from insurance companies and need clear guidance through the claims process.
Connie graduated with honors from the University of Denver in 2003. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2008 and received the Dean’s Award. During law school, she served as president of the Mexican American Law Student Association and advocated for diversity and opportunity. She was admitted to the New Mexico bar in 2008 and the Texas bar in 2009.
Connie began her legal career as a legal assistant at an El Paso personal injury practice, where she worked for more than eight years. This experience gave her direct insight into the challenges injured clients and their families encounter. She later became a founding partner in 2016 and helped expand that practice to four locations across the Southwest. Her work includes negotiating with insurance companies and representing clients in the courtroom.
Connie J. Flores combines personal injury experience with professional leadership and community service. She has served as president of the El Paso Trial Lawyers Association and as a bar commissioner for two districts of the State Bar of New Mexico. Her honors include the El Paso Young Lawyers Association Outstanding Lawyer award in 2017 and participation in the Leadership State Bar of Texas Class of 2015. She also mentors others and speaks at local high schools.
