Edward D. Kutchin

Edward D. Kutchin, Esq., is a founding partner at Berluti McLaughlin & Kutchin LLP in Boston, Massachusetts. Mr. Kutchin earned his B.A. from Muhlenberg College in 1975 and received his J.D. from New England School of Law in 1978. He later completed his LL.M. in Taxation from Boston University School of Law in 1981. Admitted in Massachusetts and multiple federal courts, including the First and Third Circuits, the U.S. Court of Claims, and the U.S. Tax Court, Mr. Kutchin has the experience to handle complex multi-jurisdictional matters.

Throughout his career, Mr. Kutchin has handled mergers, acquisitions, securities offerings, private placements, and large-scale joint ventures for both established corporations and startups.
