E. Victor Indiano is a seasoned attorney who has focused his legal career on helping clients protect and profit from their innovations. Victor began his academic journey at Indiana University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in chemistry and economics in 1977. He then completed his Juris Doctor at Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis, in 1982. In 1981, he became registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, laying the foundation for his future as a trusted IP advisor.
Victor has handled legal matters in patents, trademarks, and copyrights since the early 1980s. His commitment to educating others has led him to publish articles and give talks for groups like the Indianapolis Bar Association, Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum, and the Indiana Inventor’s Association. His presentations have reached entrepreneurs, attorneys, and inventors alike.
Victor served as an adjunct professor of business law at IUPUI from 1988 to 1991 and held leadership roles with the Indiana State Bar Association. He was chairman of the General Practice, Solo, and Small Firm Section and participated in the planning committee for its conference. He also contributed to several civic and nonprofit boards, reflecting his community involvement.
