E. Scott Johnson

E. Scott Johnson is Senior Counsel at Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC in Baltimore and a veteran intellectual property attorney with a career spanning more than 30 years. Mr. Johnson earned his B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Maryland in 1985 and received his J.D., cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center in 1988. While at Georgetown, he won First Prize in the 1987 Nathan Burkan Copyright Competition and contributed to the Journal of Law & Technology, reflecting his long-standing focus on innovation and creative industries.
