E. Keeton Monahan is a partner at Law Offices of Turner-Monahan, PLLC, where she focuses her legal practice on family law and estate planning. Keeton earned her Juris Doctor from Texas Wesleyan School of Law in 2012, graduating in the top 10 percent of her class. While in law school, Keeton was active in the Moot Court Honor Society, Phi Delta Phi, the Tax and Estate Planning Association, and the Wesleyan Innocence Project. She also earned an Estate Planning Certificate and practiced law under a temporary license while representing low-income clients in the school’s Law Clinic.
Keeton earned her Bachelor of Science in Radio, TV, and Film from Texas Christian University (TCU) in 2008. Before attending law school, she gained media experience at CBS 11 (KTVT) in Fort Worth and was actively involved in Greek life as a member of the Delta Delta Delta sorority at TCU.
With hands-on experience in a wide range of family law matters, Keeton also serves as both Amicus and attorney ad litem in contested cases. Her ability to combine legal skill with compassion has made her a trusted resource for families navigating legal transitions.
