Ms. Perry earned her J.D. from Yale Law School, where she developed her skills in litigation and advocacy. She also holds an A.B. from Harvard College, where she graduated magna cum laude and was elected Phi Beta Kappa.
Before founding Perry Law, Ms. Perry led a boutique litigation firm and served as Chief of Litigation and Deputy General Counsel at MacAndrews & Forbes Incorporated, overseeing high-stakes commercial litigation and regulatory matters. She also held senior government positions, including Deputy Attorney General for the State of New York and Chief of Investigations for the Moreland Commission, where she led large-scale investigations into public corruption.
From 2002 to 2013, E. Danya Perry was an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York, prosecuting major white-collar fraud and identity theft cases. She has been recognized with numerous awards, including Law360 White-Collar Crime MVP and The Best Lawyers in America®. Additionally, she serves as an adjunct professor at NYU School of Law and is a sought-after speaker on legal panels.
