Dustin A. Duke is a founding partner at AR Law Partners with over 20 years of legal experience in Arkansas. His practice focuses on probate, estate planning, real estate, and elder law, helping individuals and families navigate complex legal matters. Dustin represents clients in courtrooms across the state and is licensed to practice in Arkansas trial courts, the Arkansas Court of Appeals, and the Arkansas Supreme Court, as well as in Federal District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas. His commitment to justice and client advocacy has made him a respected attorney in his field.
Dustin earned his J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Before law school, he obtained his B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Broadcasting from Central Michigan University in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan. While in school, he was actively involved in student organizations and played a role in launching a student newspaper, The Campus Voice.
Dustin Duke began his legal career as a legal aid attorney, providing essential legal services to underserved communities. He first worked in Northwest Arkansas and later in Little Rock, where he spent nearly a decade as the managing attorney of the Little Rock Legal Aid Office. Through this role, he helped individuals and families resolve legal issues related to probate, elder law, and real estate. His dedication to public service earned him the Arkansas Bar Association’s Equal Justice Distinguished Service Award and the Arkansas Access to Justice Commission’s Champion of Justice Award.
Today, as a private attorney, Dustin helps clients navigate estate planning, probate, and real estate transactions with confidence. Drawing on years of experience and a client-focused approach, he provides clear, personalized legal guidance tailored to each client’s unique goals and circumstances.
