Duane R. Fisher

Duane R. Fisher is President of Starn O’Toole Marcus & Fisher and a highly respected Hawaii real estate lawyer. Duane earned his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of Law, where he served as a two-term member and instructor on the Moot Court Board.
