Erin earned her J.D. cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where she served as Managing Editor of the Law Forum and was a member of the Royal Graham Shannonhouse III Honor Society. She also holds a Master’s in Social Work from New York University and a bachelor’s degree from Manhattan College.
In real estate law, Erin D. Brooks has managed numerous landlord/tenant disputes, including matters related to unpaid rent, lease violations, wrongful detainer, and commercial property management. Her clients include landlords, tenants, property owners, and contractors involved in development, leasing, and construction matters across Maryland.
Within the firm’s family law department, Erin handles a wide range of domestic matters, including divorce, custody, parenting agreements, alimony, and the division of marital property. She also represents clients in protective and peace order proceedings in both District and Circuit Courts.
