Erin D. Brooks

Erin D. Brooks is an associate attorney at Silverman Thompson, where she works across the firm’s real estate, family law, and business litigation practice groups. Known for her thorough preparation and collaborative approach, she provides clients with comprehensive representation tailored to their unique legal needs throughout the state of Maryland.

Erin earned her J.D. cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where she served as Managing Editor of the Law Forum and was a member of the Royal Graham Shannonhouse III Honor Society. She also holds a Master’s in Social Work from New York University and a bachelor’s degree from Manhattan College.

In real estate law, Erin D. Brooks has managed numerous landlord/tenant disputes, including matters related to unpaid rent, lease violations, wrongful detainer, and commercial property management. Her clients include landlords, tenants, property owners, and contractors involved in development, leasing, and construction matters across Maryland.
