Dragan earned his B.A. in Philosophy from Northwestern University and his J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law. In addition, he is authorized to represent clients before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).
