Jason K. Gross is a highly accomplished corporate attorney with extensive experience advising public and private companies in complex transactional, regulatory, and governance matters. As a Member of the firm’s Corporate Department and Co-Chair of both the International | U.S. Cross-Border and Cannabis Industry Practice Groups, he provides strategic counsel to domestic and international corporations across industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, gaming, and emerging cannabis markets. His work focuses on mergers and acquisitions, compliance, distribution agreements, and strategic alliances.
Jason earned his Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University and his Bachelor of Arts from Emory University. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York. His educational background, combined with years of practical experience, has given him a strong understanding of the intersection between business and law, allowing him to advise clients on both transactional execution and long-term strategy.
Jason represents clients in high-value acquisitions, financings, and corporate restructurings, including multimillion-dollar transactions in the medical, gaming, and cannabis industries. He has served as outside counsel to U.S. subsidiaries of major international manufacturers, assisting with commercial contracts, operational compliance, and dispute resolution. His counsel extends to cannabis clients across Arizona, Nevada, New Jersey, and Texas, advising on licensing, acquisitions, and capital raising initiatives that support sustainable business growth.
Before joining his current firm, Jason K. Gross served as Corporate Counsel for Caesars Entertainment Inc., a Fortune 500 company. This role honed his ability to integrate legal insight with business strategy.
