Before entering private practice, Murch served as a law clerk to Justice Dale V. Sandstrom of the North Dakota Supreme Court and to Judge Rodney S. Webb of the United States District Court for the District of North Dakota. His current work includes entity formation, commercial contracts, financing, creditor remedies, bankruptcy matters, foreclosures, wills and trusts, and nonprobate planning. He is licensed in North Dakota and Minnesota and practices in federal court in both states.
