Dominic R. Gardetto is an associate at The Previant Law Firm, S.C., focusing on labor and employment law. Dominic earned a B.A. from The University of Notre Dame in 2019. He then earned a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2024. During law school, Dominic gained valuable experience as a Peggy Browning Fellow with the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades and interned with the National Labor Relations Board. He was also a founding member and treasurer of the school’s Labor and Employment Law Society. As Symposium Editor for the Georgetown Journal on Poverty Law and Policy, he organized an event on the future of work, further building his understanding of issues that affect today’s workforce.
Since joining The Previant Law Firm, S.C., Dominic has committed his practice to supporting unions and individual workers facing labor law challenges. The firm has served Wisconsin for more than a century and is known for securing landmark changes in labor law and protecting injured and wronged workers. Dominic’s work continues this legacy, whether helping with collective bargaining, handling workplace disputes, or defending employee rights in court.
Dominic R. Gardetto is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin. Through his knowledge, dedication, and genuine care for working families, Dominic proudly helps shape a fairer workplace for all.
