Alexandra S. Chepov

Alexandra S. Chepov is an attorney at Lindner & Marsack, S.C., where her practice focuses on providing employers with practical advice and strong representation in all areas of labor and employment law. Alexandra (Sasha) Chepov earned her B.A. in Political Science from Indiana University – Bloomington, where she was a member of Pi Sigma Alpha, the National Political Science Honor Society, and made the Dean’s List in 2018. She later earned her J.D. from Marquette University Law School in 2022. While in law school, she served as President of the Moot Court Executive Board, competed in national labor and employment competitions, and was recognized on the Dean’s List in 2021 and 2022.

Alexandra’s practice covers a wide range of labor and employment matters, including wage and hour claims under the FLSA, discrimination, harassment, retaliation under Title VII, ADA, and ADEA, and family and medical leave issues under the FMLA. She also assists clients with restrictive covenant agreements, severance packages, business immigration matters, and labor relations disputes.
