Alexandra S. Chepov

Alexandra S. Chepov is an attorney at Lindner & Marsack, S.C., where her practice focuses on providing employers with practical advice and strong representation in all areas of labor and employment law. Alexandra (Sasha) Chepov earned her B.A. in Political Science from Indiana University – Bloomington, where she was a member of Pi Sigma Alpha, the National Political Science Honor Society, and made the Dean’s List in 2018. She later earned her J.D. from Marquette University Law School in 2022. While in law school, she served as President of the Moot Court Executive Board, competed in national labor and employment competitions, and was recognized on the Dean’s List in 2021 and 2022.

Alexandra advises employers on the full spectrum of labor and employment law, including wage and hour claims under the FLSA, workplace discrimination, harassment, and retaliation under Title VII, the ADA, and the ADEA, as well as family and medical leave issues under the FMLA. She also counsels clients on restrictive covenant and non-compete agreements, severance and separation packages, business immigration strategy, and labor relations and union matters. In both litigation and day-to-day compliance, Alexandra partners proactively with employers to design practical, customized solutions that reduce legal risk and support their overall business objectives.

Alexandra (Sasha) Chepov is admitted to practice in Wisconsin and before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. She is an active member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Eastern District of Wisconsin Bar Association.
