Ann Brown

Ann Brown has over 12 years of experience representing clients across Iowa in personal injury, wrongful death, and employment law cases. Known for her dedication and persistence, Ann works to ensure that her clients are heard and treated fairly, regardless of the complexity or challenge of their legal situation.

Ann earned a Bachelor’s degree in political science from Cornell College. She later received her Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa College of Law.

Ann began her legal career representing children in injury cases and expanded her work to include a wide range of civil claims. Her cases have included lead poisoning, wrongful death, personal injuries, and employment discrimination. She has achieved strong results through both settlements and jury verdicts while guiding her clients with confidence and clarity.

Ann is admitted to practice law in all Iowa state courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Iowa, and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. She has also appeared pro hac vice in courts across the country and has handled several reported appellate cases on behalf of her clients.

Ann holds the Distinguished Attorney rating from Martindale Hubbell and serves on the Board of the Iowa Association for Justice. She is a member of the Iowa Association of Women Attorneys, the Iowa State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice, including its Lead Paint Litigation Section. She also serves on the Charitable Contributions Committee of the Linn County Bar Association.
