Domenic E. Pacitti

Domenic E. Pacitti is a partner at Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLP and co-chair of the firm’s bankruptcy and restructuring department. His Wilmington practice concentrates on bankruptcy, restructuring, and workouts. He represents debtors, creditors’ committees, unsecured creditors, and acquirers of distressed assets and companies. He also advises officers and directors of financially troubled companies on corporate governance and fiduciary duties that arise during restructuring and insolvency situations.

Domenic earned a J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law and a B.A. from Lycoming College. After law school, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Rosemary Gambardella of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey. His education and clerkship experience support a restructuring practice that combines bankruptcy procedure, creditor and debtor strategy, governance analysis, and the practical demands of financially distressed transactions.

Domenic works with clients across the restructuring process, including debtors, creditor groups, unsecured creditors, and buyers seeking distressed assets. His practice addresses in-court bankruptcy proceedings, negotiated workouts, and corporate governance issues connected to financial distress. He is admitted in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey, along with federal district courts in those jurisdictions. His long involvement in insolvency matters provides experience with the competing interests that shape bankruptcy cases and restructuring negotiations.
