Diane P. Toscano, Esq., is the founder of Toscano Law Group and a seasoned trial attorney with nearly two decades of courtroom experience. Diane earned her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Meredith College, completed the Foreign Policy Washington Semester Program at American University, and subsequently received her Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law. Her education laid the foundation for a distinguished career built on strong legal knowledge and practical courtroom skills.
Diane focuses her practice on federal and state criminal defense, personal injury, civil litigation, and Title IX representation. She has secured not-guilty verdicts in murder trials, won significant civil settlements, and currently leads the $40 million lawsuit against Newport News Schools on behalf of Abby Zwerner. Diane P.
