Deidra N. Haynes is a passionate and results-driven attorney who focuses her legal practice on family law and personal injury. Deidra earned her Juris Doctor from Indiana University School of Law, also known as McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis. While pursuing her degree, Attorney Haynes interned with the prosecutor’s office, public defender, and state public defender. These early roles, especially defending individuals facing the death penalty, fueled her passion for advocating for those in need.

After graduating from law school, Deidra launched her legal career as an employment litigator at Indiana’s largest law firm, representing major corporations in complex workplace disputes. While the experience was invaluable, she felt called to use her skills differently—fighting for individuals who didn’t have access to strong legal representation. That choice transformed her career and set her on the path to becoming a dedicated advocate for the injured and the accused.
