Deborah S. Bull

Deborah S. Bull is an accomplished attorney recognized by the State Bar of California as a certified specialist in both appellate and family law. For more than 15 years, she has guided clients through intricate cases involving custody, support, property division, and business valuation. Her approach blends strategic planning, effective negotiation, and focused trial advocacy.

Deborah completed her Bachelor of Arts in linguistics with honors from Stanford University in 1991. She later earned her Juris Doctorate magna cum laude from Empire College School of Law in 2002, graduating as Valedictorian. This strong academic background has shaped her disciplined and detail-oriented approach to legal analysis and appellate procedure.

Deborah has overseen more than fifty appellate matters, addressing issues in family law, probate, contracts, personal injury, and administrative disputes. Alongside her legal practice, she teaches evidence at Empire College School of Law and regularly lectures on appellate procedure, providing insight on effective brief writing, post-judgment motions, and oral arguments.
