Dawn L. Davis

Dawn L. Davis is a partner at Snell & Wilmer with offices that include Boise, Las Vegas, Reno-Tahoe, and Albuquerque. Her practice focuses on product liability litigation, primarily defending manufacturers and distributors of consumer products, watercraft, aviation products, automotive products, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices. She also handles premises liability, personal injury defense, consumer warranty and fraud claims, and OSHA-related matters for employers.

Davis earned a J.D. from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She also earned an MBA from UNLV’s Lee Business School and a B.A. from UNLV. Her combined legal and business education supports litigation involving corporate clients, product operations, risk management, safety compliance, and damages, while providing a practical framework for understanding the business effects of high-stakes liability claims.

Her experience includes state and federal disputes involving catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and property damage. Davis also handles consumer warranty and consumer fraud litigation, including multidistrict proceedings and individual claims. In OSHA matters, she assists employers with violation investigations, citation disputes, review-board litigation, safety and compliance programs, petitions for variances, and compliance with OSHA standards. Her work spans both courtroom defense and proactive regulatory counseling.

Dawn L.
