David has broad experience in federal and state employment litigation. He defends employers against claims involving sex, race, and national origin discrimination, age discrimination, and violations of the Older Worker Benefit Protection Act. His practice also includes pay discrimination cases, sexual harassment claims, disability accommodation disputes, breach-of-contract matters, employment-at-will lawsuits, and wrongful discharge actions.

David regularly manages administrative agency investigations, including systemic, pattern-and-practice, and disparate-impact claims. These matters often involve allegations related to unequal pay, hiring and pre-employment testing practices, background checks, promotions, and reasonable accommodation processes. He helps employers respond effectively while strengthening long-term compliance systems.
