David Raybin is a nationally recognized criminal defense attorney and partner at Raybin & Weissman, P.C. in Nashville, Tennessee. Mr. Raybin earned his J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1973 and his B.A. from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1971.
Mr. Raybin began his legal career in public service, working in the Tennessee Attorney General’s Office from 1974 to 1977 and then serving in the Nashville District Attorney’s Office until 1984. His deep understanding of criminal law has made him a sought-after attorney for high-stakes defense, including charges of homicide, sexual assault, drug offenses, white collar crimes, and cases involving digital evidence. He also represents university students facing arrest at schools including Vanderbilt, Belmont, TSU, and more.
