Kathryn A. Stocks

Kathryn A. Stocks is a Fort Smith attorney with extensive experience in debtor-creditor law, commercial transactions, real estate, and estate planning. She advises clients on loan documentation, workouts, foreclosures, negotiations, and creditor relief, as well as the defense of preference actions in bankruptcy proceedings. In addition, she represents corporations, banks, and businesses in real estate transactions, contract drafting, and entity formation, providing clients with practical legal guidance in complex financial and business matters.

Ms. Stocks earned her B.S. from Arkansas Tech University in 1984 and her J.D. from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 1991. During law school, she served as Research Editor of the UALR Law Journal, gaining valuable experience in legal analysis and writing that continues to support her practice.
