David M. Greenberg

David M. Greenberg is a shareholder in Greenberg Traurig, LLP, New York office, and a recognized leader in intellectual property, technology, and data-driven transactions. David earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1993, where he served as Associate Editor of the Comparative Labor Law Journal. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from Williams College, which he earned in 1988.
