David L. Ruben

David L. Ruben is a Maryland attorney who has lived and worked in the Baltimore Metropolitan area since 1989. He brings decades of legal experience and a strong work ethic to his practice, representing Maryland residents across a wide range of legal matters with dedication, skill, and careful attention to client needs.

David earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Baltimore in May 1991, where he was a member of the Law Review. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park, in 1988, which provided a strong foundation for legal and financial analysis.
