David Kosin

David Kosin is a Chicago attorney whose practice focuses on workers’ compensation and personal injury claims for seriously injured people. He represents clients before the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission, Illinois Circuit Court, Illinois Court of Claims, and Illinois Appellate Court. His work includes workplace and construction injuries, motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, nursing home injuries, dram shop claims, dog bites, professional negligence, and disability claims involving police officers and firefighters.

David graduated from IIT/Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1987. During law school, he was a member of Moot Court and received the American Jurisprudence Award in Constitutional Law. He began clerking in his father’s law office in 1985 and continued working there after graduation. That early legal work developed into a career concentrated heavily on injured workers and claims brought under the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Act.
