David J Dawsey

David J Dawsey is a uniquely qualified patent and trademark attorney who combines deep experience in intellectual property law with a professional engineering background. David earned his J.D. from Capital University Law School, his M.B.A. with distinction from Capital University, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering magna cum laude from Wright State University College of Engineering.

David is a registered Patent Attorney with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and a licensed Professional Engineer in Ohio. He is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Ohio, U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
