David I. Shiner

David I. Shiner is a personal injury and trial attorney who has spent many years representing individuals harmed by negligence. His practice focuses on accident and injury cases, including motor vehicle collisions, slip and fall incidents, and other claims involving serious harm. David I. Shiner works to help clients pursue fair compensation and protect their legal rights.

Shiner built his academic foundation through focused legal studies. Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Religious Studies from the University of South Florida in 1999. He earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University – Shepard Broad College of Law in 2002. His education prepared him for courtroom advocacy and client representation.

Shiner began practicing law after becoming licensed in 2002 and has since focused on helping people who suffered injuries caused by others. His legal work includes personal injury litigation and consumer class action matters. Through careful case evaluation and legal analysis, he determines the most effective path forward for clients seeking recovery for damages.

Shiner is admitted to practice law in Florida, Georgia, and Washington. He is also admitted to practice before all Federal District Courts of Florida. His involvement in professional organizations includes the South Palm Beach County Bar Association, the Palm Beach County Bar Association, the Palm Beach County Justice Association, the American Association of Justice, the Florida Justice Association, and the American Bar Association.

David I. Shiner has also served in leadership and professional roles within the legal community. He served as Chair of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee for the Florida Bar and previously contributed to several bar committees. His work has earned recognition, including an AV Preeminent Rating, Martindale-Hubbell’s highest rating for ethics and legal ability; a Florida Rising Stars listing in Business Litigation for 2010; and a Super Lawyer listing.
