Nicole M. Revenaugh

Nicole M. Revenaugh is an experienced attorney at Irigonegaray & Revenaugh, who focuses on helping individuals in civil rights law matters. Nicole earned her J.D. from Washburn University School of Law and graduated with honors in 2012. During law school, she was selected as a Shamberg Scholar and gained practical legal experience while clerking for the Honorable John R. O’Malley at the Kansas City Immigration Court. She has also completed a B.A. from William Jewell College in 2008. Her academic training and clerkship experience helped her develop strong legal research, writing, and litigation skills that continue to support her work as a civil litigation attorney.

Nicole worked as a Senior Associate at a civil litigation firm in Topeka for nearly eight years before co-founding Irigonegaray & Revenaugh. During that time, she represented plaintiffs in personal injury cases and developed extensive experience handling complex injury claims. Her practice focuses on cases involving car accidents, slip and fall incidents, nursing home negligence, dog bites, and wrongful death. She also represents policyholders whose insurance companies have wrongfully denied property damage claims related to water or hail damage.
