David Henderson is a highly experienced trial lawyer known for his relentless pursuit of justice. With a career rooted in civil rights, employment discrimination, and wage and hour law, he has successfully handled a wide range of complex litigation. David’s extensive courtroom experience and skillful advocacy have made a difference for countless clients seeking fair treatment under the law.
David began his academic journey at the University of Texas, where he completed a Bachelor of Arts in Plan II Honors. He then earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Texas School of Law in Austin. These formative years built a strong intellectual foundation that would later support his passion for courtroom litigation and public service.
After starting his legal career at one of the largest law firms in Texas, David transitioned to the Special Crimes Division of the district attorney’s office to focus on trial work. His impressive record includes over 70 jury trials involving everything from civil cases to capital murder. His courtroom success led to an invitation to train fellow attorneys at the Texas District and County Attorney’s Association’s Trial Skills Course.
David’s excellence has earned him multiple accolades, including the President’s Award from Mothers Against Drunk Driving and recognition as Criminal Justice Member of the Year. He has also honed his public speaking skills through Toastmasters International, ultimately winning its World Champion of Public Speaking title in 2010, beating over 30,000 contestants from more than 100 countries.
Beyond the courtroom, David Henderson dedicates time to teaching and community service. He serves on the board of the Friends of the Dallas Public Library and frequently teaches Bible classes. His commitment to service, justice, and communication reflects in every aspect of his professional life. David continues to advocate for those in need, bringing unmatched dedication and expertise to every case he handles.
