About
Anna Levine-Gronningsater is a dual-licensed attorney admitted to practice in California and New York. She focuses on employment law, civil rights, and client advocacy. She is the founder of LG Legal, a boutique practice offering personalized legal representation tailored to each client’s goals and circumstances.
Anna earned her J.D. from UCLA School of Law in 2012, graduating in the top 10% of her class and receiving Order of the Coif honors. She holds a B.A. from Yale University. Her early legal experience includes externships with the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and the Superior Court of Orange County and a summer placement at the ACLU of Southern California.
Anna began her career at the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles, where she advocated for underserved populations in areas including housing, public benefits, and constitutional law. She also developed legal resources and trained volunteer attorneys in pro bono representation. Later, as a senior associate at The Bloom Firm, she litigated employment and victims’ rights cases, reinforcing her commitment to justice for individuals facing workplace discrimination and retaliation.
In addition to managing LG Legal, Anna works as a research and writing attorney for a leading plaintiff-side employment law firm handling high-stakes litigation. Her extensive experience across state and federal courts—including the Ninth Circuit and several U.S. District Courts—supports her skillful navigation of complex legal systems.
Anna Levine-Gronningsater’s approach is rooted in empowerment and advocacy. She limits her caseload to ensure detailed attention to each matter and works closely with clients to develop thoughtful legal strategies. Her blend of litigation experience, academic excellence, and client-centered practice makes her a trusted advocate for those seeking justice and fair treatment.
