David E. Rook

David E. Rook is an intellectual property lawyer and special counsel at Hoffman Warnick, LLC, whose practice focuses on patent, trademark, and copyright matters involving protection, licensing, and litigation. He has extensive experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications, handling trademark registrations and maintenance, and securing copyright registrations. David earned his J.D. from Albany Law School. He earned his M.B.A. in Finance from the University at Buffalo, and his B.S. in Biology from the University at Albany.
