David A. Black

David A. Black is a leading criminal defense attorney based in Phoenix, Arizona. With a strong background in both prosecution and defense, he brings years of courtroom experience to clients facing serious criminal charges. Mr. Black earned his J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2007, following a B.S. from Arizona State University, where he graduated summa cum laude in 2004. He is licensed to practice in Arizona and California.

Before founding his firm, Mr. Black served as a prosecutor with the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office. That role gave him firsthand insight into how prosecutors build their cases.
