Daryl E. Davis

Daryl E. Davis is an experienced business and litigation attorney at Leo Law Firm, LLC. With a background in complex commercial matters, he offers strategic counsel to startups and mid-sized companies across industries such as aerospace, bioscience, information technology, and manufacturing. He focuses on business transactions, internal investigations, international compliance, and corporate governance.

Daryl earned his B.A. from Morehouse College and his J.D. from Yale Law School in 1995. He is admitted to practice in New York and several U.S. federal courts, including the Southern District of New York, the District of New Jersey, and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. Before joining Leo Law in 2015, Daryl practiced at the global firms Davis Polk & Wardwell and Boies Schiller & Flexner. He also clerked for the Hon. Joseph W. Hatchett, Chief Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

With a global perspective shaped by extensive travel and family ties abroad, Daryl helps clients develop international commercial strategies, enter foreign markets, and comply with key anti-corruption laws such as the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). While not currently admitted in Alabama, Daryl plays a critical role in the firm’s international and complex commercial law practice.
