Kyle A. Scholl

Kyle A. Scholl is an attorney at Leo Law Firm, LLC, whose practice focuses on commercial real estate, complex business transactions, and litigation support. Kyle earned his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University and a B.S. in Business Administration from Auburn University. He was admitted to the Alabama Bar in 2016 and to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama in 2017. During law school, Kyle served as Senior Editor of the Cumberland Law Review and competed on the National Trial Team. He earned multiple advocacy honors, including the Nat Bryan ABOTA Award.

Since joining Leo Law Firm, LLC in 2019, Kyle has become a trusted real estate and corporate transactions attorney, focusing on high-value commercial real estate deals and complex lease agreements. He has extensive experience with land, warehouse, showroom, and build-to-suit leases, and frequently represents clients in transactions with national railroad companies. Kyle also plays an integral role in the firm’s mergers and acquisitions practice, helping to close deals that reach into the billion-dollar range.

Before joining the firm, Kyle practiced in Birmingham and Huntsville, where he represented clients in insurance defense and complex litigation matters. He also gained experience through clerkships with the Alabama Attorney General’s Office and several respected law firms.

Outside of work, Kyle A. Scholl stays active in his community through volunteer service and nonprofit board leadership. He previously served on the board of the Huntsville Havoc Booster Club and continues to support local organizations while providing occasional pro bono legal services.
