About
Kyle A. Scholl is an attorney at Leo Law Firm, LLC, whose practice focuses on commercial real estate, complex business transactions, and litigation support. He represents a wide range of clients across the country, including national corporations, regional businesses, and individual investors. His work spans multimillion-dollar real estate deals, commercial leasing, and mergers and acquisitions.
Kyle earned his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University and a B.S. in Business Administration from Auburn University. He was admitted to the Alabama Bar in 2016 and to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama in 2017. During law school, Kyle served as Senior Editor of the Cumberland Law Review and competed on the National Trial Team. He earned multiple advocacy honors, including the Nat Bryan ABOTA Award.
Since joining Leo Law Firm, LLC in 2019, Kyle has played a key role in handling high-value real estate transactions and leases. His experience includes land, warehouse, showroom, and build-to-suit lease agreements, and he often represents clients in deals involving national railroad companies. Kyle also contributes to the firm’s mergers and acquisitions work, including assisting in transactions reaching the billion-dollar range.
Before joining the firm, Kyle practiced in Birmingham and Huntsville, where he represented clients in insurance defense and complex litigation matters. He also gained experience through clerkships with the Alabama Attorney General’s Office and several respected law firms.
Outside of work, Kyle A. Scholl stays active in his community through volunteer service and nonprofit board leadership. He previously served on the board of the Huntsville Havoc Booster Club and continues to support local organizations while providing occasional pro bono legal services.
