Darren Findling

Darren Findling is the founder and president of The Probate Pro, the largest and most trusted probate coordination firm in the U.S. With a legal career spanning decades, Darren is known for his dynamic leadership, litigation skill, and innovative approach to probate law. He oversees a national practice that focuses on probate administration, trust and estate litigation, guardianships, conservatorships, and elder law, serving clients with compassion and clarity during emotionally challenging times.

Darren earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Michigan.

Darren focuses his practice on probate and estate law, including estate planning, special needs trusts, quiet title actions, and complex real estate disputes. He has represented clients in courts nationwide, successfully resolving high-stakes trust and estate litigation, probate appeals, and complicated estate administration matters. A nationally recognized probate and estate attorney, Darren holds the Martindale-Hubbell AV® Preeminent™ rating (2010–2024), has been named a Top 100 Trial Lawyer, and maintains a 10.0 “Superb” AVVO rating.
