Darren Findling

Darren Findling is the founder and president of The Probate Pro, the largest and most trusted probate coordination firm in the U.S. With a legal career spanning decades, Darren is known for his dynamic leadership, litigation skill, and innovative approach to probate law. He oversees a national practice that focuses on probate administration, trust and estate litigation, guardianships, conservatorships, and elder law, serving clients with compassion and clarity during emotionally challenging times.

Darren earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Michigan.

Darren’s legal work encompasses a wide range of probate-related services including estate planning, special needs trusts, quiet title actions, and real estate disputes. He has appeared in courts across the country and has successfully handled high-stakes trust and estate disputes, probate appeals, and complex administration cases.
