Danielle M. Wall

Danielle M. Wall is an Associate Attorney at Killgore, Pearlman, Semanie & Squires, P.A., focusing on insurance defense litigation. Licensed to practice law in Florida, Danielle brings a well-rounded background to her role, having worked extensively in civil and criminal law across various stages of her legal career. Danielle earned her Juris Doctor from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. While in law school, she served as a Certified Legal Intern at the 18th Circuit State Attorney’s Office and interned at a civil law firm focused on personal injury. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Political Science from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, New York.

After passing the Florida Bar in 2014, Danielle began her legal career as an Assistant State Attorney for the Ninth Judicial Circuit in Orange County. There, she prosecuted hundreds of cases at both the county and circuit court levels, gaining valuable trial experience and deep insight into criminal proceedings and courtroom strategy.

In 2017, Danielle M. Wall opened her practice, concentrating on criminal defense with a particular emphasis on DUI, misdemeanor, felony, and traffic-related offenses. She later joined Katz & Phillips, P.A., continuing her work in criminal defense and expanding into firearm law. By 2020, she transitioned back to civil litigation at Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A., where she handled insurance defense involving First Party Property claims.

Since 2021, Danielle has been a valued member of Killgore Pearlman, where she continues to focus on insurance defense. Her diverse legal background, courtroom experience, and commitment to client service make her a reliable and skilled advocate in the civil litigation space.
