Danielle M. Petkovich brings compassion and understanding to the field of criminal defense. With personal insight into how the justice system affects lives, she advocates for fair treatment and second chances. Danielle believes that past mistakes should not define a person’s future, and she works hard to protect the rights of her clients.
Danielle earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice before going on to complete her Juris Doctorate at the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law. Her academic background gave her a strong foundation in law and justice, preparing her to serve clients with both legal knowledge and empathy.
Danielle began practicing law in 2019, just before the COVID-19 pandemic. Alongside her defense work, she was appointed as a mediator by the Nevada Supreme Court. In this role, she helped resolve disputes between landlords and tenants over unpaid rent. She guided both sides through pandemic relief options, helping them move forward during a challenging time.
Danielle continues to focus on criminal defense, using her skills to fight for people facing difficult legal situations. Her approach is marked by a balance of legal strategy and a human touch, ensuring every client feels heard and represented. Her dedication to results and respect for the legal process set her apart.
