Daniel earned his B.A. in Legal Studies from Hamline University in 2012. He received his J.D. from Phoenix School of Law in 2014. He gained admission to the State Bar of Arizona in 2015. His academic training and early public service helped him build a strong foundation in family and juvenile law.
Daniel began his legal career as an Assistant Attorney General with the Arizona Attorney General’s Office. He represented the Department of Child Safety in matters involving child abuse, neglect, guardianships, adoptions, dependencies, and termination of parental rights. He developed substantial courtroom experience through this work. He now handles every stage of litigation, including pretrial motions, trials, and post-trial hearings. He also seeks cooperative solutions when an agreement can reduce conflict and support long-term stability for families.
Daniel Wilcox became an Arizona Board-Certified Family Law Specialist in 2024. He has also been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star since 2024 and holds a Martindale-Hubbell peer-reviewed rating.
