Daniel Pizarro is a Partner at Dickson Frohlich Phillips Burgess, where he plays an active role in the firm’s civil litigation department. His legal practice focuses on real estate law, landlord-tenant disputes, contract matters, and probate and trust law. Daniel earned his J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law. He received his B.A. in English Literature, magna cum laude, from Seattle University.
While in law school, Daniel worked for the Washington State Court of Appeals, where he developed strong research and legal writing skills. His experience there deepened his interest in resolving complex legal issues and prepared him for the demands of civil litigation.
Before joining Dickson Frohlich Phillips Burgess, Daniel operated his own solo law practice for nearly five years. As a solo attorney, he gained hands-on experience managing a wide range of cases and built a strong foundation in client service and independent case strategy.
Daniel is licensed to practice law in Washington and has been a member of the Washington State Bar Association since 2014. He represents clients in both transactional and litigation matters, particularly in cases involving real estate transactions, landlord rights, tenant disputes, contract enforcement, and probate proceedings.
Known for his client-focused approach and attention to legal detail, Daniel Pizarro helps individuals and businesses understand their rights and responsibilities while guiding them through the legal process.
