Daniel Patrick Griffin is a partner at Griffin Durham Tanner Clarkson LLC, where he leads the white-collar defense practice. A former federal prosecutor in Atlanta, he represents individuals and companies in government investigations, False Claims Act cases, and complex criminal and civil matters. Griffin earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he served on the Georgia Law Review. He also holds a B.B.A. from the University of Georgia. After law school, he clerked for Judge Harold L. Murphy of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. He is admitted to practice in Georgia and multiple federal courts, including the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
