Daniel N. Greenbaum is Lead Counsel and Owner of Greenbaum Law Firm in Van Nuys, California. He formed the firm in 2014 with a primary focus on public interest litigation and protecting vulnerable populations from corporate and individual misconduct. His practice has expanded to personal injury and commercial collections. He also represents policyholders in first-party bad-faith insurance actions when insurers refuse to pay valid claims under active policies.

He also served as in-house counsel for media startup Luxeyard.com, where his responsibilities included complex bankruptcy, commercial, and securities litigation.
