Daniel Margolin is a seasoned family law attorney and the founder of Margolin Family Law, serving clients across Portland, Oregon. With a practice dedicated exclusively to family law litigation, appeals, and collaborative divorce, he blends deep legal knowledge with adaptable strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.
Daniel earned his Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law, one of the nation’s top legal institutions. Following graduation, he clerked for the Honorable Rex Armstrong at the Oregon Court of Appeals, where he gained firsthand insight into appellate procedure. He later practiced at a local law firm before launching his own family law practice, where he has represented clients since 2005.
Daniel is known for his ability to shift between assertive litigation and interest-based negotiation. He is always focused on securing the best possible outcome. Whether through courtroom advocacy or collaborative resolution, he ensures his clients are empowered to move forward with clarity and confidence after their cases are resolved.
