Alecia Darm is a family law attorney with a strong commitment to helping clients through some of the most challenging times in their lives. She focuses her practice on divorce, custody, and related domestic relations matters, offering thoughtful, strategic guidance and consistent advocacy from start to finish.
Alecia earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Spanish from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas. She then completed her Juris Doctor at Seattle University School of Law in 2012. Following graduation and admission to the Oregon State Bar that same year, she began her legal career assisting individuals through the complexities of Oregon’s family law system.
Alecia has represented clients in a wide range of family law issues, including contested custody, parenting time, and support matters. She also spent three years representing individuals in civil commitment hearings, gaining insight into the mental health system and the unique needs of vulnerable clients. This background deepened her ability to advocate with empathy and clarity.
Alecia believes that strong communication is the foundation of an effective attorney-client relationship. She works closely with each client to develop a detailed plan aligned with their goals and acts quickly to reach favorable outcomes through negotiation or litigation.
