Kordell Caldwell

Kordell Caldwell is an associate in the New Orleans office of Baker Donelson and a member of the firm’s Advocacy Department. He concentrates his practice on intellectual property and copyright litigation, complex torts, and business and commercial litigation.

Representing clients in various industries, including hospitality, technology, logistics, retail, and entertainment, Mr. Caldwell delivers effective advocacy in both state and federal courts across Louisiana. His experience includes trial work in multimillion-dollar disputes, where he has successfully represented nationally recognized companies.

Mr. Caldwell earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Southern University Law Center in 2022, where he developed his interest in litigation and intellectual property law. He also holds a B.A. from Southern University and A&M College, completed in 2019.

Admitted to practice in Louisiana, Mr. Caldwell is also authorized before the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Louisiana. This strong academic and professional foundation enables him to advise clients across a broad range of industries with confidence and precision.
