Mary R. Robberson

Mary R. Robberson is a seasoned trial attorney with more than 25 years of experience focused on Commercial Business Litigation. Her practice encompasses a cross-border niche, strongly emphasizing disputes involving Spanish-speaking countries. She is known for her work in breach of contract, negligence, fraud, alter ego, and successor liability cases, as well as post-judgment enforcement and jurisdictional challenges.

Ms. Robberson earned her Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 1997, where she was named to the Dean’s List and received American Jurisprudence Awards in Contracts and Civil Procedure. Her bilingual (English/Spanish) capabilities and cross-cultural expertise enhance her effectiveness in both litigation and mediation, especially in matters involving international or multicultural dynamics.

In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Robberson provides Mediation Services, bringing a practical, solution-oriented approach grounded in decades of courtroom experience. Her professionalism and integrity have earned her recognition as one of San Diego Metro’s “Top Attorneys for 2020.”

Ms. Robberson’s leadership includes serving on the Board of Governors for the San Diego Chapter of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers since 2019. She has also held roles on the Board of Directors of ALFA International, contributed to its Diversity and Inclusion Founding Committee, and served as Co-Chair of its Membership Committee.

Mary R. Robberson is admitted to practice in all four U.S. District Courts in California and the California Fourth District Court of Appeal. She is also engaged in community outreach, delivering educational seminars for the Latino community and previously co-hosting a legal radio segment on Univision’s Recuerdo 102.9 FM.
