Daniel Kravets

Daniel Kravets founded Kravets Law Group in 2020 and practices estate planning, business law, and real estate law. His estate planning work includes wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and probate. His business practice covers purchases, formations, commercial litigation, and employment disputes. His real estate work includes purchase, sale, and lease agreements, zoning and compliance, landlord-tenant disputes, commercial real estate, investment matters, transactions, and related litigation.

Daniel earned a B.S. in Political Science and Government from Drexel University in 2013. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law in 2016. He is admitted to practice in Illinois, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey, as well as the US District Court of New Jersey, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Daniel advises individuals and businesses on planning, transactions, and disputes across his three core practice areas. His work includes creating estate plans, administering probate matters, forming and purchasing businesses, reviewing contracts, handling commercial litigation, structuring real estate transactions, and addressing zoning or landlord-tenant issues. The range of his practice allows him to address legal matters that cross estate ownership, business operations, property transactions, and litigation rather than treating those subjects as isolated concerns.

Daniel Kravets has been selected to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list from 2022 through 2026. He is a frequent speaker at local and professional events and is affiliated with BNI, the Lincoln Park Chamber of Commerce, the Decalogue Society, and the Russian-speaking Jewish Division with the Jewish United Fund. His practice combines estate planning, business, and real estate services with litigation and transactional work for Chicago-area clients.
