About
Stephanie Graham is the founder and managing attorney of Graham Estate Planning in Atlanta. Her practice focuses on estate planning and probate, including trust planning, wills, guardianship and conservatorship, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, probate administration, probate litigation, and probate counsel. She works with individuals and families to create plans that reflect their goals, reduce uncertainty, and address legal issues that can arise when property, decision-making authority, and family responsibilities are not clearly organized.
Stephanie earned a J.D. from Duquesne University and completed undergraduate studies at City University of New York. Her business-focused undergraduate background complements legal training and gives her an additional perspective on planning for families and business owners. Her education is supplemented by experience in public-sector legal roles, where she worked on matters involving code violations, antitrust issues, and business disputes before turning her practice toward estate planning and probate.
Stephanie launched her estate planning practice in 2017 after working with the Sandy Springs City Solicitor, the DeKalb Solicitor’s office, and the Fulton District Attorney’s office. She also spent five years in county administration, where she observed probate conflicts and the problems families can face without advance planning. She applies that experience when preparing estate plans, advising on trusts and wills, and helping clients navigate probate administration or disputes after a death.
Stephanie Graham combines estate planning, probate experience, public-sector legal work, and a business background to help clients protect assets and prepare for future transitions. Her practice emphasizes clear planning, education, and practical guidance rather than one-size-fits-all documents. By helping clients organize decision-making authority, inheritance plans, and probate concerns in advance, she supports families seeking greater clarity and control over how personal and financial matters will be handled.
