Daniel J. Hetznecker

Daniel J. Hetznecker is an experienced trial attorney at Earp Cohn P.C. whose practice includes personal injury, arbitration and mediation, and local counsel work. He focuses on representing individuals and families harmed in automobile accidents, trucking and tractor-trailer crashes, premises liability incidents, and wrongful death matters. Over more than three decades in practice, he has also litigated commercial disputes, contract matters, estate and will contests, civil fraud, real estate litigation, and employment discrimination.

Hetznecker earned an LL.M. in Trial Advocacy from Temple University Beasley School of Law and a J.D. from Widener University School of Law.
