About
Daniel Casieri is an associate attorney at Calabrese Law Associates, P.C. in Boston, Massachusetts. A Massachusetts native, he brings valuable local insight and hands-on industry knowledge to his clients. He focuses his practice on commercial and residential construction disputes, real estate litigation, land use matters, and condominium law. Daniel earned his B.A. from Thomas Edison State University, where he focused on English and World Literature. He went on to complete his J.D. at Suffolk Law School. After passing the bar in 2017, Daniel immediately put his skills to work by launching a solo law practice. His early experience running his own firm taught him the importance of being responsive, detail-oriented, and committed to every client’s case.
Before joining Calabrese Law Associates, P.C., Daniel built a reputation in Plymouth for specializing in construction litigation. He also served as a member of the Plymouth Historical District Commission, using his knowledge to help guide local development decisions. Having worked for his father’s construction company as a teenager, Daniel understands the construction industry from the inside out—an advantage that shapes his approach to resolving disputes and advising clients today.
Daniel Casieri’s practice includes representing clients in business disputes, condominium conflicts, and matters involving the enforcement of condo rules and regulations. He also handles mediations, arbitrations, and trial court litigation in Massachusetts. Since moving to South Boston in 2023, Daniel has continued to grow his practice at Calabrese Law Associates, P.C., offering clients skilled, down-to-earth counsel and dependable representation across a range of real estate and construction issues.
